RETURN/DAMAGE POLICY

Online Purchases

At Kaylee we hope that you will always love your purchase, but we understand that things happen. If you receive your item and it does not fit as you imagined or not exactly what you wanted, send us an email (info@mangoesboutique.com) and we will get it resolved. All return requests must be made within 14 day of you receiving the product to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. The item must also be in perfect condition with all tags still on it.

If you receive the item and it has physical damage (such as a whole or rip) contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. When you reach out, include images of the damages and we can discuss if you would like to make a return or exchange the item for a new one. We do our best to make sure all items are in perfect condition before they are sent out but sometimes little mistakes get by us!

In-Store Purchases

When returning items in store we ask that all returns are made as soon as possible. We ask that all returns are made within 10 days with tags still attached. We also require a receipt to be able to process the return. 

Because Kaylee is a seasonal business all returns and exchanges must be made by monday, August 9th. All sales between August 9-15 are final. Thank you so much for understanding. 

Face Masks - face masks are also final sale for sanitary and safety reasons. They come individually packaged in plastic and are only to be opened by the customer. Much about COVID-19 is unknown and to ensure the safety and health of everyone, this was the best decision.
