RETURN/DAMAGE POLICY

Online Purchases

At Kaylee we hope that you will always love your purchase, but we understand that things happen. If you receive your item and it does not fit as you imagined or not exactly what you wanted, send us an email (hi@shopkaylee.com) and we will get it resolved. All return requests must be made within 10 day of you receiving the product to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. The item must also be in perfect condition with all tags still on it.

If you receive the item and it has physical damage (such as a hole or rip) contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. When you reach out, include images of the damages and we can discuss if you would like to make a return or exchange the item for a new one. We do our best to make sure all items are in perfect condition before they are sent out but sometimes little mistakes get by us!

In-Store Clothing Purchases - Ames

All clothing purchased in Ames, must be returned in 10 days of purchase. The clothing must had all tags attached, the item must be in the same condition it was when it was purchased, and you must have the receipt present. 

In-Store Clothing Purchases - Pentwater

With the season coming to an end, all returns must be made by Aug 11 and all sales are final starting Aug 11. Thank you for understanding! For these returns all tags must be attached, the item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, and the receipt must be present.

Final Sale - A few of our items are final sale and will not be eligible for returns of exchanges. These items includes all accessories, swim suits, and bralettes and sale items.
